FFSSport Return & Refund Policy

At FFSSport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Customised or personalised products.

Items not returned in their original condition.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange for collection at our cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

4. Process for Returns

Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

If the return does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer partial store credit.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or a refund.
